Welcome To CrossFit Stacked

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. Here at CrossFit Stacked we teach functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.  Most importantly we have a lot of fun! If you are interested in becoming a member at CrossFit Stacked, the first step is to call or email us to set up your free introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to check out the gym and complete an intro workout. We welcome you to make an appointment with us so that you may come in and see firsthand what the buzz is all about. 

We do our introductory classes by appointment, so just give us a call at (423) 707-4665 and ask about trying one out, and we can find a time that works for you.
